MASTERS AND DOCTORAL PROGRAMMES - NEW APPLICATIONS FOR 2024
Starting from October 2, 2023, registrations will be open for the Master's and Doctorate Selection Process of the Postgraduate Program in Mathematics at UEM - PMA, for admission in the 1st semester of 2024.
Registrations are entirely online, and the deadline to submit them is until November 1, 2023. There are 20 places available for the Master's program and 20 places for the Doctorate program, and candidates may apply for CAPES scholarships.
The Master's selection process includes a selection exam, to be held at application centers, which will be discussed and decided based on the registrations and the Program's feasibility.
The Ph.D. selection process will be entirely online through a curriculum analysis and recommendation letters.
PMA is highly recommended by the national foundation CAPES. In the last evaluation process made by this research foundation, PMA receives score 5 (the maximum is score 7). Our advisor's staff are composed of researchers in Pure Algebra, Analysis & PDE, Geometry & Topology, and Applied Mathematics.
